It has fewer practices than any other region, so the constraint here is availability rather than price.

Where to look within East London
- Newham has the cheapest Invisalign in the region at a median of £2,250, and the cheapest in London.
- Redbridge has the most practices at 59, and the cheapest hygienist appointments at £75.
- Havering has 46 practices and the highest average Google rating in the region at 4.42.
- Tower Hamlets is the outlier on price. Hygienist appointments run to a median of £100, a third more than Redbridge, reflecting the Canary Wharf end of the borough.
- Barking and Dagenham has only 21 practices, the fewest of any London borough. If you live there it is worth looking at neighbouring Redbridge and Havering too.

116 of the 218 East London practices hold an NHS contract. At 53% that is the highest proportion in London, and nearly four times the central London figure of 14%.
